Terms of Use
Please read carefully. These terms govern your use of Abundion.
1. The service
Abundion (the "App") provides tooling to define, configure, and execute algorithmic trading strategies against broker accounts that you — and you alone — connect. The App does not place orders with its own capital; every order is routed to the broker account(s) you designate.
2. No financial advice
The App is tooling, not investment or financial advice. Strategies, combos, automations, backtests, paper-trading results, and documentation are informational. Nothing on this platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.
3. Risk of loss
Trading futures, options, equities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Losses can and do exceed deposits, especially with leverage or derivatives.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the broker account(s) you connect, the credentials you provide, the capital you allocate, the strategies you enable, and every order executed on your behalf. Review positions regularly. Monitor your broker account directly and not only through this App.
5. Technology failure
Technology can fail. Networks, brokers, data feeds, and the App itself may experience outages, latency, or errors. Abundion offers the service "as is" with no warranty of availability, correctness, or fitness for any purpose.
6. Security
You agree to protect your account, enable two-factor authentication (required), keep broker credentials secret, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes require re-acceptance on next sign-in.
